Stone Leaf is hiring - We have amazing openings in several positions at Stone Leaf - it’s so awesome to expand to better serve our clay community.

Warehouse Assistant
25 to 35 hours per week, $18+
Stone Leaf Pottery is looking for a warehouse assistant. Assist our Warehouse Manager with warehouse operations along with deliveries and customer carry outs.
Our warehouse assistant must be able to easily and repetitively lift 50# boxes of clay. Primary tasks of this job: delivery of orders, building pallets, helping with customer clay carry out.

Admin
30 to 35 hours per week, $18+
Our new admin will be friendly, fun, personable, and organized with great customer service and communication skills. Ability to take detailed notes and create a document (newsletter, set of directions) from notes is very helpful for this position. Computer skills, including Google Drive are expected. Our new admin will assist with the following tasks: Scheduling, events, workshops, and other activities, data entry & database management, answering phones, supply ordering, filing & archiving

Store Clerk - Full Time
40 hours per week, $18+
Full time clerk will be primarily working in Stone Leaf’s retail store; interacting with customers by answering the phones, ringing up sales tickets, and responding to customer emails. This employee must have a friendly manner, be task oriented, able to work well with others, and maintain a calm and positive attitude during busy store hours. General computer knowledge and typing skills are required. Must be available to work Saturdays.

Store Clerk - Full Time/Hybrid
40 hours per week, $18+
This position will be full-time Tuesday through Saturday, and will be a hybrid of working in our retail store and working in the studio. The ideal candidate has a balance of clay and retail experience. We hope your clay skills to include: throwing, general handbuilding, and glazing. Must be available to work Saturdays.

Warehouse assistant and store clerk candidates must be able bodied for customer carry outs of clay; which will require accurately locating and gathering heavy-weight orders of clay and materials from the warehouse. While this is not the PRIMARY job, our new employee must be able to lift 50+ lb. clay boxes repeatedly. While holding a 50 lb. clay box, candidate must be able to bend, squat, twist, and turn to place clay on dolly or inside a customer’s vehicle.
