I got an email recently from the City of Arvada reminding me of Small Business Week. This year, Small Business Week is April 29 to May 5. Small Business Week is the perfect opportunity to recognize and celebrate each other; the makers, small business owners, and local stores. So many of us are Small Businesses, it’s a good reminder to support one another.
From shopping at a Farmer’s Market to a locally owned boutique or heading to a Guild Sale for your Mother’s Day Gift, we encourage everyone to shop local. Because (as the meme says) “Buy Local or Bye-Bye Local.”
Wondering how you can support small businesses, including Stone Leaf:

Info on Small Business Week from the City of Arvada:
Small Business Week occurs Sunday, April 29th through Saturday, May 5th. Small Business Week is a nationally recognized week of celebration for small businesses. It is a time for the small business community to come together to learn best practices, network, grow, and celebrate the accomplishments of the past year. Owning a small business can be a challenge, but is definitely a rewarding one. Join us for the North Metro Denver Small Business Week to help grow your small business and celebrate your successes.
This post is about shopping local, supporting each other, and getting to know your fellow artisans.
