Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days with a receipt for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs or arrange for exchange if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
During the colder, freezing months we DO NOT accept returns on clay or liquid products, such as glaze or additives, which may be affected by freezing temperatures.
All sales are final on special orders, refractory and equipment.
Returns are for store credit only and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your invoice number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We ship within the United States and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products which means they cannot be shipped to international destinations.
As the web store gets started, online shipping options are not enabled, but this will show up soon. Please bear with us.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and all costs are based on courier rates. There is a $1.95 packing fee for all orders being shipped.
