New Products: ConeArt’s New Square Kiln

As NCECA approaches, the guys at ConeArt have been teasing us all these little clues about a new kiln they’ll be introducing to us. For weeks their Facebook has had a picture of a kiln under a sheet… I’ve been wondering what those clever Canadians were up to.

So, NCECA starts tomorrow and we got the email TODAY about the new ConeArt Kiln. Check it out! It’s SQUARE!!

Introducing ConeArt’s BX2323D, a multi sided electric kiln designed to use a square shelf. This new model uses 21″ x 21″ shelves and provides 8.4 cubic firing feet.

Like all ConeArt Kilns, this kiln offers double wall kiln construction, Kanthl A-1 Elements, 3 Zone Bartlet Control and (my favorite feature) the lid lifter at no additional charge. This kiln is available in 240 or 208, single or triple phase models. I can’t wait to see it later this week in Milwaukee! The ConeArt BX2323D retails for $3900 and will fire to Cone 10.

Stone Leaf got our first ConeArt kiln about 2 years ago, and we’re loving it! The consistency of firing, and the 32% less electrical usage make it awesome. For more information on this ConeArt Kiln or any other model in the ConeArt line up, please send me an email at sophia(at)
